I would like to point out that I am not a Lawyer and not giving legal advice. The Terms of Service
The TOS is a set of rules one must comply with in order to use a service. Your website provides a services whether it is for informational use, marketing or entertainment purposes. The TOS covers a wide range of issues like, acceptable user behavior online, marketing policies, return policies, copyright notices and changes to those terms. A TOS agreement is necessary to maintain a high level of trust for your website.
