Everybody gets a vote to decide someone else’s fate…. American Idol, Presidential Nominees for the Republicans and Democrats, Your Web Site. It is all a popularity contest, everything you learned on the playground is true. Especially the part where you need “people to like you” to get their vote or at least give stuff to people to look favorably upon you.
Enter Social Bookmarks /rating systems like Digg, Stumble Upon, Del.icio.us – the voting tools of the web playground. Fresh, Fast and easily accessible and they can be influenced.
You can ask people to vote for you via the “Union” and if they do they earn $1.00 and you can ask the “Union” for their endorsement it will cost you $2.00 per vote.
